Busy, Busy, Busy

It seems like forever since I put up a new post, but we have been supper busy! It seems like there has been a little bug going around everywhere and unfortunately, it found our house. On Monday, I came down with the bug and then last night Ashton caught it too. It was awful, the only good thing about it, is that it seems to come and go. Hopefully. I went to the doctor on Monday and I was very dehydrated, had to get replenished quickly or by my next appointment they were going to admit me to the hospital. Went back for a check up today and things are looking on the brighter side:) Ashton, got sick Wednesday night and today he seemed a little under the weather, mostly tired, so we relaxed all day. Bless his heart, it was awful when he got sick, he is just so little and don't understand. Just makes me want to cry, I would rather it be me than him any day. Enough, of the yucky stuff. We have been busy making Thanksgiving crafts. My mom used to work at the elementary school where I went and she remembered making these cute critters around Thanksgiving so here is what one of ours looked like.

Now, that is one cute Turkey, Happy Thanksgiving!
Gee Gee, Ashton and Cadence

Since, the Holidays are  approaching so quickly and we have some family coming in this weekend, I thought I would go ahead and decorate a little bit for Christmas. It is my favorite time of the year, I love it and can't get enough. I had my dad come over and help me get some of my decorations out of the attic, since I'm so pregnant, I didn't think it would be a good idea for me to do it myself, so it gave me an excuse to cook for my dad (corn dogs and tater tots, don't get too excited) and have him over. Mom and our family friend Thomas came along to help as well. In the meantime we rearranged the whole house practically, we didn't move that much, but we moved quite a bit. Since then I have been busy with this....
Ashton's tree: a blue Christmas tree with brown and lime green accents
Kitchen tree: Red, White and Blue
Living Room tree: Traditional with sentimental ornaments
Cade's tree: Red, White and Black
Anyway, it's getting late and for once I may be able to sleep tonight. Since, I have gotten further along in my pregnancy it seems like I am up and down all night. Hope you all have a great weekend.
